This program introduces ”NEW to Pilates” and/or "NEW to Pilates South Texas" clients the STOTT PILATES® method and equipment.
The Instructor will take the Client through a postural assessment, STOTT PILATES® Five Basic Principles and then recommend a program suited for the Client. In addition, this will prepare clients interested in joining semi-private and/or group sessions,depending upon fitness level, goals and abilities. |

** STOTT PILATES® Session for Fitness consists of 1-on-1 training with one of our STOTT PILATES® Instructors. The Private Sessions are encouraged for the clients who are new to Pilates and for the clients who desire the personalized attention and/or require the specialized programming to achieve optimal quality of movement and functional fitness performance. Clients of any age or fitness level from post-rehabilitation patients to elite athletes will benefit from these Private Sessions. Specialized equipment including the V2 Max PlusTM Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrels, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrel and a variety of other small apparatuses are utilized. In order to optimize a client's results and to ensure excellence in training while maintaining safety, we require new clients to complete a series of Private Sessions prior to joining semi-private sessions or group sessions. The Session is 55 minutes duration.
** STOTT PILATES® Session for Post Rehabilitation consists of 1-on-1 training with one of our STOTT PILATES® Instructors whom are knowledgeable and experienced in designing post-rehabilitation programs for injury recovery. Post Rehabilitation Pilates sessions are a highly specialized means of rehabilitation for the client who has an injury, chronic pain or severe issues that require special attention. Designed to optimize your quality of movement, the sessions focus on re-educating and activating the deep local stabilizers of the spine to control and re-establish a correct movement pattern of the lumbar-pelvic region. A series of Pilates post rehabilitation sessions at our well-equipped studio will teach the client how to recruit the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, and train them to sustain this connection to allow stabilization and strength for correct musculoskeletal movement patterns. The Session is 55 minutes duration.
SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

** STOTT PILATES® Semi-Private Sessions consist of two (2) clients per one of our STOTT PILATES® Instructors. This ensures that our clients are receiving a safe and productive workout with personal feedback and exercise correction. Specialized equipment including the V2 Max PlusTM Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrels, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrel and a variety of other small apparatuses are utilized. We recommend Semi-Private clients to commit to two sessions per week to help maintain the highest quality of training for all participants. The Session is 55 minutes duration.

GROUP (MAT PLUS) SESSIONS

All group sessions are recommended for healthy individuals with limited orthopedic issues.
Each Session is 55 minutes duration. The Class capacity - 12 Participants.
Group (Non-Equipment) Sessions consist of six (6) or more clients per session.
This is an economical way to gain the benefits of the STOTT PILATES® training and workout with friends!
** Mat (Foundation) is a fast- paced group class. The Essential Mat class teaches the Five Basic Principles of the STOTT PILATES® method which build a strong foundation and an understanding of the exercises.
** Mat Tour: Exploration of a different Pilates small equipment each session to provide a dynamic, full-body workout designed to strengthen and challenge core stability, lengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Each session includes use of Stability Ball, Foam Roller, Flex-Band, Toning Balls, Mini Stability Ball, Fitness Circle, Arc Barrels and BOSUs so clients a Pilates South Texas experience.
Mat (Arc Barrel) - Sessions are performed on the Arc Barrel and incorporate Essential
level and Intermediate level. Arc Barrel equipment promotes better spinal alignment,
allowing increased range of movements for improved strength and mobility.
Mat (Express) - Increase your stamina, flexibility, coordination during lunch time with a
45 minute, fast-paced workout to minimize injuries during your regular sports and activities.
Mat (Max) -
A dynamic, full-body workout designed to sculpt and challenge core stability,
lengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Program varies to include Stability Ball, Foam
Roller, Flex-Band, Toning Balls, Mini Stability Ball, Fitness Circle, and BOSUs.
Mat (Sculpt) - Session incorporates resistance of the Flex-Band, Mini Stability Ball, Toning
Balls and Fitness Circle to sculpt and tone abs, buns, thighs, legs and arms.
Mat (Stability) - Session challenge your balance by incorporating BOSU, Stability Ball,
Foam Roller, Rotational Disks and Stability Cushions to a mat routine. This workout will
increase your strength, stamina and agility.
** Yoga Practice is a group class taught by Certified Yoga Instructors. The session will take clients through yoga postures and breathing in order to promote strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. The use of props, such as yoga blankets, blocks and straps may be encouraged to assist body alignment.
** Dance Movement and Technique is a group class taught by Accredited Instructors. This class encourages participants to gain body conditioning and awareness while developing technical skills and expression necessary for creative dance movement.

Each Session is 55 minutes duration. The Class capacity - 5 Participants.
** Equipment Tour: Exploration of a different Pilates equipment each week. The equipment variations offer clients increased focus and body awareness, while building strength and mobility for optimal fitness well-being.
Level 1: First week of the month the clients use the Reformer equipment, then Chair,
Cadillac, Barrels and Reformer V2Max Plus equipment each week thereafter.
Level 2: First week of the month the clients use the Chair equipment, then Cadillacr,
Reformer V2Max Plus and Barrels equipment each week thereafter.
** Reformer (Plus): A Reformer-based workout session that combines other Pilates equipment to sculpt and tone all areas of the body. The added equipment are incorporated to further promote strength, mobility, and endurance for the participants. Each session the participants will feel healthy and strong around the joints.
** Reformer (Max Plus): A Reformer-based workshop seesion that combines features of the STOTT PILATES® V2 Max Plus™ Reformer. The versatility of the adjustable pulley system allows for increased range of motion in tri-planar movements and additional support as needed through the full range of hip, shoulder and spinal movement.
** Reformer (Sculpting & Props): Sessions are performed on the Reformer and incorporatea small props for added sculpting of entire body.
The modifications and variations for each exercise are provided to make this group session safe and effective workout for everyone from clients of any age or fitness level from post-rehabilitation patients to elite athletes.

** A.C.T. (Athletic Conditioning Training): Designed for Racquet & Golf Sports Enthusiasts.
This workout is designed specifically for clients looking to improve mobility, agility and power in tennis, shave a few strokes on the "back nine', to increase club head speed and get more distance on the drive. The workout designed to increase focus and body awareness, isolate crucial core muscles and combine the elements of strength with flexibility.
** Circuit Training (All Level): A dynamic workout to include exercises executed on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrels, BOSU® , Foam Roller and other smaller props.
** C3
(Core Conditioning Challenge) (Intermediate/Advanced): The C3 further challenges core performance (strength and endurance) on STOTT PILATES® equipment. Instructor approval to attend the session is required.
