Chau Pham-Kid – STOTT PILATES ® Lead Instructor Trainer & GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® Instructor

Chau-Pham-KidChau Pham-Kid is the owner and education/program director of Pilates South Texas, the internationally accredited and exclusive STOTT PILATES® Licensed Training Center in Houston, Texas.

She has instructed STOTT PILATES® certification courses in North America, South America and Europe.

Chau has provided her services to the Cirque du Solei – Amaluna. She is currently training a world champion medalist sprinter, a former tennis professional, and a former collegiate defensive tackle standout for Rice University. She has clients that compete locally and nationally in figure skating, dance, football, tennis, golf and track. They use her programming which promotes symmetry of the body and body awareness with the objective of improving their performances.

She continually works with clients that have lower back pain, (nerve impingement, SI Joint pain, herniated disc, osteoarthritis and spinal fusions), hip and knee replacements, meniscus and ligament sprains, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries, tennis and golfer’s elbow, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Osteoporosis, and Scoliosis while working with clients that have musculoskeletal injuries, breast cancer or are pre-natal or post-natal.

Every day, she is encouraged to learn more as an educator and instructor of Pilates and fitness to assist others to achieve their optimal performance for all activities and their best wellness.

Anneliese Burns Wilson – STOTT PILATES® Lead Instructor Trainer (Guest Presenter)

Anneliese-Burns-WilsonAnneliese Burns Wilson is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Lead Instructor Trainer, Level I, II, SPXTM, and Injuries and Special Populations. She has taught courses and workshops for STOTT PILATES® throughout North and South America.

Anneliese was a professional ballet dancer until 1990 when injuries prevented her from continuing her performing career. She was introduced to Pilates by her physical therapist and credits Pilates with allowing her to return to dance both as a teacher and as internationally ranked competitve ballroom dancer. She has spent the past 2 years developing fitness and Pilates programming for senior residence communities when she is not teaching for STOTT PILATES®.

In addition to her Pilates certifications, Anneliese has completed training in the Jumpstart Programs in Lower Extremities, Upper Extremities and Spine and Trunk through Muscle Activation Technique. She is certified in group fitness by ACE; holds dance certifications through the ISTD (London), USISTD, NDCA and Pan American Teachers of Dance. She is also a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science and writes teaching manuals on anatomy and curriculum for dancers.

Michelle Gaudette – Pilates Instructor

Michelle has enjoyed a 20 plus year career in the entertainment business as a dancer and now a choreographer. Nine of those years were spent as a Radio City Rockette in NYC, which lead her to STOTT PILATES®. Pilates was a way to keep injury free while being involved in a vigorous career as a dancer. Shortly after Michelle was introduced to STOTT PILATES®, she decided to become certified so that she could share the benefits of Pilates with fellow performers as well as others. Michelle has been a STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor specializing in Injuries and Special Populations for 12 years, Pre/Post Natal Specialist through The Center for Women’s Fitness, Pink Ribbon Program, CARDIOLATES®, Xtend Barre® certified and most recently a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC adding health and lifestyle coaching to her offerings.

Marcia Alexander – Pilates Instructor  & MELT Method® Instructor

Marcia majored in dance at Hollins College in Virginia and has always been active in theatrical movement and fitness. After taking time to raise her son, she is once again studying and pursuing her love of exercise and fitness. Marcia discovered the benefits of Pilates while competing in ballroom dance, witnessing the impact it had on balance, strong core strength and overall health so she decided to become a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, and trained in TOTAL BARRETM, ZEN•GATM and TRX® Suspension Training ®. Most recently she has become a certified instructor for the MELT Method®. She is very excited to bring this revolutionary method to Pilates South Texas and to help clients eliminate chronic pain, erase signs of aging and make a pain-free body an option for anyone.

Candace Cagle – Pilates Instructor

Candace is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet Performance. First introduced to Pilates in 2001 while she was a student at the Houston Ballet Academy, Candace quickly discovered the benefits of adding Pilates to her repertoire of dance classes. She was impressed with how Pilates helped her develop more strength and flexibility, which allowed her to become a stronger, more adept dancer. While dancing on scholarship at the University of Oklahoma, Candace continued learning and practicing Pilates regularly.

Candace is excited to be teaching at Pilates South Texas. She is pursuing a STOTT PILATES® fully certification in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. Candace is eager to share the benefits of Pilates with her clients and improve their overall health and wellness.
