Chau Pham-Kid

Chau Pham-Kid is the owner and education/program director of Pilates South Texas, the exclusive STOTT PILATES® Licensed Training Center in Houston, Texas. 
With a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Chau worked in the manufacturing and corporate settings for over 10 years.  To date, Chau enjoys her career path as a STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor and STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor Trainer.

Chau is a STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor Trainer, Level I, II, SPX™, and Injury and Special Populations.   She has instructed STOTT PILATES® certification courses in North America, South America and Europe.

She is a certified yoga instructor and after being in a car accident, she incorporated Pilates as part of her post-rehabiliation program which helped her retrain and strengthen muscles around the joints for healthy movement patterns and alignment.  As a former professional modern dancer, this has provided her the opportunity to return to her love for dance.

Chau is committed and dedicated to instruct the STOTT PILATES® certification courses and continuing education workshop materials to instructors.  Additionally, Chau enjoys teaching the STOTT PILATES® method to assist her clients to achieve physical wellness and fitness. 

 

Anneliese Burns Wilson

Anneliese Burns Wilson is a STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor Trainer, Level I, II, SPX™, and Injuries and Special Populations.  She has taught courses and workshops for STOTT PILATES® throughout North and South America. 

Anneliese was a professional ballet dancer until 1990 when injuries prevented her from continuing her performing career.  She was introduced to Pilates by her physical therapist and credits Pilates with allowing her to return to dance both as a teacher and as internationally ranked competitve ballroom dancer.  She has spent the past 2 years developing fitness and Pilates programming for senior residence communities when she is not teaching for STOTT PILATES®.

In addition to her Pilates certifications, Anneliese has completed training in the Jumpstart Programs in Lower Extremities, Upper Extremities and Spine and Trunk through Muscle Activation Technique.  She is certified in group fitness by ACE; holds dance certifications through the ISTD (London), USISTD, NDCA and Pan American Teachers of Dance.  She is also a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science and writes teaching manuals on anatomy and curriculum for dancers.

 

 

Jessie Zamer

Jessie Zamer, borned in Lebanon but has resided in Houston from a very young age.  From the beginning, Jessie has been involved in active sports, of which she also plays soccer and participants in marathons competitvely.  Jessie's passion for an active lifestyle lead her to incorporate Pilates in her fitness regime to maintain flexibility, agility and power for her sports.  From the benefits Jessie received from her own Pilates practice, Jessie pursed her STOTT PILATES® education at Pilates South Texas to assist other active individuals like herself improve his/her game.

Jessie is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Mat and Reformer, Level 1 and trained to work with the Injuries and Special PopulationsJessie is pursuing a STOTT PILATES® certification in Level 1 of Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.

When Jessie is not working with her clients, she is pursuing her skydiving certification.  Come catch a flight with her.

 

Jytte Elrod

Jytte Elrod is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Mat and Reformer, Level 1.  Jytte has completed her certificaion training in Level 1 of Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, and Lever 2 of the Reformer and is pursuing a STOTT PILATES® certification in Level 1 of Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, as well as receiving the education to work with the Injuries and Special Populations.

Jytte credits the regular practice of the STOTT PILATES® exercise method to help her overcome debilitating neck injury that had required surgery.

Jytte has instructed in North America and South East Asia since 2008.  She is excited to continue the teaching of the STOTT PILATES® method to all her clients at Pilates South Texas. 

 

Malorie Williams

Malorie Williams is a Boston native but has resided in Houston for almost 3 years. 

Malorie's passion in health and wellness had lead her to find the Pilates discipline that which she feels is the ultimate health promoting activity. 

Malorie is STOTT PILATES® trained in Mat Level 1 and Level 2, Level 1 of Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels and Injuries and Special Populations.  She is continuing her STOTT PILATES® certification trainings in Cadillac, Chair and Barrels at Pilates South Texas for Full certification status.

Malorie's goal is to provide her clients a challenging workout, while utilizing the STOTT PILATES® method to promote proper alignment for strength and injury prevention.  When Malorie is not practicing and instructing Pilates to her clients, she works as a Registered Nurse in labor and delivery.
