Chau Pham-Kid

Chau Pham-Kid is the owner of Pilates South Texas, the exclusive STOTT PILATES® Licensed Training Center in Houston, Texas.  Chau Pham-Kid is a STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor Trainer, Level I, II, SPX™, and Injury and Special Populations. She has instructed the STOTT PILATES® method in North America, South America and Europe.

As a former professional modern dance performer and active yoga practitioner, Chau started practicing Pilates to balance and strengthen muscles around the joints to maintain healthy movement patterns with respect to injury prevention and to strengthen the body's "core" to improve body alignment.

While, Chau has a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Tennessee, she enjoys her career path as a STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor and STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor Trainer. Chau is committed and dedicated to offer a safe, challenging and fun Pilates experience for clients of all ages or fitness levels including post-rehabilitation, prenatal and elite athletes.

 

Anneliese Burns Wilson

Anneliese Burns Wilson is a STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor Trainer, Level I, II, SPX™, and Injuries and Special Populations.  She has taught courses and workshops for STOTT PILATES® throughout North and South America. 

Anneliese was a professional ballet dancer until 1990 when injuries prevented her from continuing her performing career.  She was introduced to Pilates by her physical therapist and credits Pilates with allowing her to return to dance both as a teacher and as internationally ranked competitve ballroom dancer.  She has spent the past 2 years developing fitness and Pilates programming for senior residence communities when she is not teaching for STOTT PILATES®.

In addition to her Pilates certifications, Anneliese has completed training in the Jumpstart Programs in Lower Extremities, Upper Extremities and Spine and Trunk through Muscle Activation Technique.  She is certified in group fitness by ACE; holds dance certifications through the ISTD (London), USISTD, NDCA and Pan American Teachers of Dance.  She is also a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science and writes teaching manuals on anatomy and curriculum for dancers.

 

Caitlin Ryland

Caitlin Ryland is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, studied dance performance at Butler University, and danced professionally with The Bruce Wood Dance Company and Ballet Memphis.  Throughout her dance career she has studied and performed both classical and contemporary works.  

Caitlin has taught dance to all ages and levels, and now works as a STOTT PILATES® Instructor.  Caitlin is STOTT PILATES® trained in Level 1, Mat, Reformer Cadillac and Chair.  She plans to further her training and certification in STOTT PILATES® Method.

Caitlin finds joy in movement and in promoting a healthy lifestyle, and she loves sharing that joy with others.
